Foxconn iPhone 5 Most nuisance
Foxconn: iPhone 5 Most nuisance - Apple claims that the technical process of manufacturing the iPhone 5 requires tremendous efforts seem not just nonsense.
A Foxconn executive told The Wall Street Journal that, of all the devices that have dealt with the manufacturer, the iPhone 5 is most difficult to make.
Because of the difficulty of making a thin and light smartphone, the executive, who asked not to be named is-recognized that the process of manufacturing the iPhone 5 complex have sparked unrest at Foxconn factories last month.
The riots were caused by the very high quality control demanded Apple and Foxconn factory management to workers. As a result, workers are not able to produce an iPhone that demand quality standards.
Reportedly, the trigger is konfilk between worker and product quality inspectors at the scene.
"To make it (iPhone 5) Thin and light, the design process involved is very complex," the executive said, as quoted by SlashGear of The Wall Street Journal.
The difficulty of making the iPhone 5 is also said to be the cause of the iPhone 5 delayed until the hands of the pemesannya. However, the Foxconn who represented the anonymous executive said production will increase. "It takes time to learn how to make these devices, but our productivity continues to increase day by day," he said.
He added that the aesthetic and practical needs as well as on-demand Apple is a difficult thing. One reason is the new coating materials (coating) which prompted Apple is very susceptible to scratches.
Some buyers are already reporting that the iPhone 5 easily scratched hers. Some even have a scratch when first removed from the box.
Apples own "acknowledged" the difficulty of making the iPhone 5 in the factory. In the promotional video below, Apple Senior Designer John Ive said that the production of the iPhone 5 is the "most complex and ambitious ever undertaken by Apple."
