How to choose the best for your home theater system

Watching movies is a neat escape from the stressful lifestyle we live in. Watching movies in a wide screen and surround sound take you far away and into the movie scene you are watching. You watch it as if you were there in the movie scene. Of late, we can only experience this escape in a cinema. However, modern technology may be able to provide this same sight and sound experience right in your own living room. We will discuss the basic components of a home theater system in this article. Read on to understand how these basic components can deliver the best cinematic experience to a home theater system.

Home theater experts state that the most important consideration in setting up a home theater system is the size of the room where you will set up the home theater system. The most important component of the home theater system, which is the television, is dependent on the size of the room. Although, the recommendation is 27 inches television set at a minimum is necessary for your home theater set up. It is also a recommendation that a flat television is good for a home theater system because it exhibits fewer glares and produces a crisper image.

Another major component of a home theater system that depends on the size of the room is the speaker. The number of speakers for your home theater system is dependent on the size of the room. You may add up to six speakers from the basic three speakers if you want a more lifelike sound. Adding a subwoofer may also be good to achieve a complete surround sound like in the movie theaters. Three speakers should be the minimum; you may go up to six if the room is big.

Another major for your home theater system is the DVD player. It is a recommendation that DVD players with progressive scan will be the best choice. This is because progressive scan produces sharp and flicker-free pictures. This however points back to the choice of television unit; you may need to check if the flat television set supports progressive scan signals. You may also acquire a five-disk carrousel DVD player. This will avoid having to stand up from your seat to change discs every so often. A minor consideration is the power rating that will determine how loud your speaker can be. Of course, almost all these depend on the size of the room to where the home theater system is going to be set up. Small room requires from few types of equipment, bigger rooms may require more and adding home theater furniture to your home theater system may be best. A bigger room thus requires more investments. A smaller room might require fewer but of good quality equipments to avoid the too basic feel of the home theater system.

Finally, you may acquire a beautifully designed home theater system if you consider hiring a home theater expert. If you can afford this, it will be best for you because the home theater expert will be able to effectively design and set up your home theater system. Your home theater designer may also add some features like home theater seating and other home theater furniture to be able to give the complete home theater package that closely resembles a real movie theater. Having the finest and high-quality home theater system will give you the most sought after set up that you could flaunt and enjoy to the max.

15 Strong Reasons to Delete Facebook From Your Life Permanently

Can you live without Facebook? its a simple but an important question while the answer for the most of peoples is No, I cant live without my facebook account.
And even if your answer is Yes I can, I will pose a harder question: How much time can you live without your facebook account (without taking a small look on your feed)?.

In the reality this world (I mean facebook) become an addictive place where peoples spend their life on it without doing anything just up and down just like theyre painters.
If facebook was just for fun, no problem, but when everything and all your life is based on this website then it become a dangerous addiction activity because you will not have any goal in your life.

Thats why in this post on Netisia I will give you 15 strong reasons why you must delete your facebook account now and start your life.

1. Its Your First step to Success

Im always saying "The first step to success start by deleting your facebook account". I remember in the past week I saw a photo for Mark Zuckerberg saying
"If I wasnt in Facebook, I will be in Microsoft".
In the reality all of us if we werent on Facebook we will be in Microsoft or Google -_-.

A lot of peoples want to make a lot of money, success in their life, travel, enjoy life, do something original, and even change the world. But nothing come with sitting, if I ask you: What did you do to achieve your dreams? if the answer is "nothing" I guess because you dont have time to work on achieving your life because youre spending your life on Facebook.

So the first step is start searching and working on how to do it, how to change the world and do something make you proud of yourself. And this thing will never be sitting the hole day on facebook.

2. Youre Loosing Your Life

Life is shorter than spending it on social media websites, I remember before I create Netisia, I was sitting all the day on the computer so my family and my friends thought that Im doing something special and Im a computer geek so I got a lot of positive and negative says from them.

The positive ones:

  • My mother: One day you will become a computer engineer
  • My friends: Wow, youre amazing in using and fixing computer how did you learn this?
  • My cousins: Tech us
The negative ones:
  • Other cousins: Dont you have anything else to do except sitting the hole day in front of computer!!!?
  • My father: You will destroy your eyes with this
  • My father: Shut down that thing and go out! its very bad for your health!
In the reality both of them are true. Its true that Im good in fixing computer and solving internet problems but I learn all this before I become a facebook addictive, and if I didnt create a facebook account in that time Im sure that I would become a computer engineer or working on a big company (I create my facebook account on February 2009).

In that time I was setting in front of the screen for more than 13 hours doing nothing just on Facebook, its true that 13 hours is not too much comparing to other peoples who set 24h but its a bad habit. But now Im using it just for moderating the Netisia page on Facebook

3. Cause of Facebook:

  1. I start learning coding but I didnt continue
  2. I got bad marks on School
  3. Im wearing glasses
  4. Im Timid
  5. I dont go out of home
  6. I dont spend enough time with family
  7. If I wasnt on computer, Im on my smartphone
  8. When I go out peoples are surprised -_-
  9. I didnt enjoy the past 4 years of my life
  10. I dont finish anything (coding, designing, hacking, security, languages, reading, books, after effects, Photoshop, blogging, affiliate marketing...)

4. Find an Alternative to Facebook

Internet doesnt mean facebook and itll never be. So why youre spending your money on an internet connection that contain millions of useful websites to use just one?.
Its a strong situation, and the essential problem here is: Peoples dont use their mind. I mean why you dont ask yourself:
is There any alternative to this?
And if you search you can find, also you can visit Netisia every week for a weekly top 10 useful websites on the internet or just use StumbleUpon.

5. Enjoy Life

As I said in a previous point: Life is shorter than spending it on Facebook, so I think (and Im sure you think too) that there are a lot of things better than facebook (even eating or sleeping is better than that website).
Theres no problem if you use it for 30 minutes per day, just to moderate your pages or something no-addictive. But when it takes all your day than we can say that its a serious problem.

6. Peoples will know you Better

I will ask you a question "Which is better, dating on facebook or in the real life?" "Knowing friends on facebook or in the real life?.
Peoples just add everyone to their friends list then they say "I have a lot of friends Im popular"

  • You dont know even if theyre real persons
  • You dont know if that Girl is not a Boy
  • You dont know if that friend is not a hacker
  • You dont know if that person is just trolling you
  • You dont know if they say the truth
  • You dont anything about them
So making friends in the real life is better than just sending invitations on Facebook.

7. Or even Become a Millionaire

If youre one of those peoples who always ask
"How to become a Millionaire with Facebook?"
I want to say "are you Mark Zuckerberg?"
No, Im not
Are you an Employee on Facebook?
No, Im not
So you cant become a Millionaire with Facebook.

If you want to become a Millionaire theres just one way, delete facebook from your life (Permanently) and start thinking about your future.
How Bill gates become a Billionaire (With B), How that Person become a Millionaire... the answer is "They Dont have a Facebook Account in that time". Its true that deleting your account is not enough but it will help you a Lot.

8. Become Healthier

If youre spending all your day and all your life on social medias than I want to tell you that a Big Maladies is coming to you. I hope this is not true, but my advice for you is to move and move.
Practicing sport will not just make you healthier but also

  • Its fun
  • You mind will become better
  • You will become creative
  • More friends
  • More Enjoying
  • Its a chance to know yourself
  • Train your body
  • You will look cool
Im very surprised of Peoples who practice sports just on PES or Fifa on PC while they can do it outside.

9. See World in the real image (travel)

One of things that peoples share on Facebook is the beautiful photos of other countries. Look my friends, the world is beautiful more than you think and more than you see it on the shared photos so try to see it yourself not like peoples see it.
If you dont have enough money to travel (like me) just do something to earn some money like working, blogging, doing paid services...

10. The last Facebook updates

Facebook is doing a lot of updates every period but the last updates are very strange, did you know that facebook is doing a test on 700.000 user and you can be one of them.
The website is based on personal information of peoples so 90% that these test are on those personal information that you dont want anyone to see it.
In the last period I was very busy so I dont have enough time to write about the last tech news on Netisia but I you can read this article to know what Im talking about.

11. Give your Opinion in The real Life is better

Some peoples use facebook just to express their opinions about a specific topic, this can be useful and good but dont you think that doing this in the Real life will be better and more effective?.

12. The War on Privacy

You think the war on Privacy is over? no not yet, dont think that Zuckerberg and its company will give up that easy.
The test that facebook do on 700.000 users is without their permission thats why the company receive many issues from many countries. So the question here is "does the company did previous tests on users without their permission?".
"People have really gotten comfortable not only sharing more information and different kinds, but more openly and with more people. That social norm is just something that has evolved over time." Mark Zuckerberg Said.
And He also said
"... the default is now social." via Business insider
So we can say that facebook is killing privacy under the name of "A Better Social Life".

13. Its hard to Delete Your Account

Even if you want to delete your account you have just one choice which is "Deactivate your account". What does this mean? it mean that you still can reactivate it, your friends can tag you in their photos. In the past your friends and everyone were able to send you messages even after you deactivate your account.

The company finally remove this feature, but you still can be tagged, spammed, and also I think your friends can also send you games invitations.
The problem here, addicted peoples will always reactivate their account as nothing happen thats why deleting your facebook permanently is harder than the other websites because it takes 14 days be deleted forever.

So the question is How to Delete My facebook account forever and Permanently
the company provide its users with a link to delete their account. Click here
  1. Click on Submit
  2. Write your Password and the Captcha code
  3. Click on Ok
Now your account is deactivated but the permanently deletion will be after 14 days if you didnt cancel the process.
Watch this tutorial for the full steps

14. Why you want to Use facebook?!

In the past points I give you the most important alternatives to facebook uses.

  • You want friends? go out and make new friends
  • You want to read the news? a lot of blogs will provide you with the latest news
  • You want to talk with your relations in the other countries? using skype is better and less addictive
  • You want to be social? Facebook will not make you social
  • You want to be a millionaire? think about your future
  • You want to wast time? wast it on good and useful things
  • You want to play games? what about doing some sports
So can you tell me why you want to use facebook? tell me in a comment below and I will give you the alternative.
But the only reason you can still use facebook is if youre running a business, or you have a facebook page for your blog.

15. Peoples enjoy being Addictive and Stupid

A lot of peoples are proud of being facebook addictive, and theyre proud because they dont have a life. Personally I think that this is a stupidity, because youre wasting your life there without any benefits while the company is earning Millions of $$$ from those addictive peoples.

Prevention Measures Before Your Computer Gets Infected

There is nothing wrong with taking less than adequate measures to prevent a bigger damage to anything you treasure if you have financial or other constraints, as long as this is done temporarily over a short time.  Similar reasoning applies when it comes to computer security threats.

Unfortunately some (if not most) computer users tend to forget this.  They search on the internet for free computer security software which they dump into their computers and hope for the best.  Most of the free software developers consistently forget to inform the downloaders of the inadequacies of their software – and they are many and significant!

A simple search for free anti-spyware programs on any search engine yields significant results.  If we exclude genuine beta-software from these results, almost all of these anti-spyware programs operate on the principle – “Get infected first, then call us”.  In other words these programs are reactive.  They scan and destroy spyware as it’s found in the user’s computer.  The real downside of these programs is that they offer no real-time protection.  Are you surprised?  Maybe you’ve forgotten that “there’s no such thing as a free lunch!”

The big computer security software developers spend millions of dollars every year developing products that can quickly detect and destroy new computer security threats like spyware, adware, viruses, hacking techniques, Trojans, worms keyloggers etc...

Do you think the developers of free computer security software inject millions of dollars in order to bring users of their software regular software updates?  I think not!

Computer security software is such a critical purchase that I think one should actually buy the software before bringing home a new PC!The most critical software that you should have in you PC is:1. Firewall:
To protect your PC from hackers and internal malware that maybe trying to “phone home”.2. Spyware/Adware:
To detect the “ETs” that are “phoning home” from your PC, endangering your sensitive information such as passwords, credit card numbers and other sensitive information.  These programs also use lots of your critical computer resources.  That’s why your computer is slow and crashing lately!3. Anti-virus Software:
These can either completely wipe out your critical data or render it or your computer useless.  The most dangerous thing is that you may end up (unaware!) being a source of the virus (e.g. through email or infected website pages). Here are common-sense measures you can take to protect your PC:1. E-mail – Avoid replying to chain letters.  Also be very careful of image attachment.  Hackers attach malicious JavaScript codes on these.2. Regularly update your anti-virus definitions by running the update function of your security software.3. Before buying a computer security software or package make sure that it offers regular updates to keep up with new viruses, adware, spyware and other computer security threats.Final Thoughts:
I want to repeat what I said at the beginning of this article: There is nothing wrong in taking temporary security measures as far as your computer security is concerned (i.e. using free software/downloads).  What is wrong is forgetting that the measure was supposed to be over a temporary period in the first place.

Interesting Facts That You Didnt Know About Your Smartphone

Interesting
Creative Commons img source.
Smartphones are amazing devices that have greater capabilities than supercomputers used to twenty to thirty years ago. Technology moves fast and technology that once needed to be housed in a large room now fits in your pocket. The amazing features of smartphones have become commonplace however and what once amazed us now just seems commonplace. Here are six facts that you didnt know about your smartphone that you may find amazing and compelling.

Usage Amongst Smartphone Owners:

Smartphones have been growing in popularity steadily ever since they were first introduced in 2001. It is estimated that the number of smartphones in existence by 2015 will be approximately 1.5 to 2 billion. That means that there is likely to be one smartphone for every six to seven people alive, which is quite amazing. In the United States, current smartphone usage equates to 35% of adults having a smartphone. People are also spending tons of time using their smartphones. On average, people check their smartphones 150 times per day which equates to once every six to seven minutes. What are people primary using smartphones for? That depends on the country that the user is living in. Usage tends to fluctuate widely from country to country though with social media being less popular in Japan and restaurant apps being more popular in the United States.

Apps have grown in popularity in recent years as well due to improved download speeds and an increase in the number of computer programmers designing new applications. Having said that, approximately 90% of apps that are downloaded are only used ten times or less once they are downloaded. What types of apps are being used by individuals? Approximately 60% of smartphones are used to play games though health apps are also prominently featured on many cell phones with approximately 90% of smartphones having a health or fitness app on it.

Cell Phone Costs:

Those text messages that you send do not cost your cell phone provider a thing. That is because the size of text messages are small enough to be inserted in data transfers by your cell phone provider that fit neatly into the spectrum that cell phone companies rent from the government. The space a text message uses is less than the space used to set up the transmittal of information between a call tower and a phone. As a result, the cost to a provider is zero and the amount you pay is all profit to a cell phone provider. The most expensive part of a smartphone is the screen. Touchscreens have grown in complexity and sensitivity and the cost of these screens have grown in accordance with these technologies. Gorilla glass, commonly used on iPhones and other smartphones are durable and sensitive to touch and have led to new functionality for smartphones. The presence of these sensitive touchscreens have led to a decrease in popularity of other input devices for smartphones including pens, points, physical keyboards, and scroll wheels, all of which were used when smartphones were first introduced to consumers.

Speed Up Your Internet By 20

Hai man here is an amazing way to speed up your slow internet connection to some extend by follow a simple procedure as mentioned below,

Microsoft reserves 20% of your available bandwidth for their own purposes like Windows Updates and interrogating your PC etc.

You can get it back:

Click Start then Run and type "gpedit.msc" without quotes. This opens the group policy editor. Then go to:
  • Local Computer Policy
  • Computer Configuration
  • Administrative Templates
  • Network
  • QOS Packet Scheduler
  • Limit Reservable Bandwidth.
Double click on Limit Reservable bandwidth.

It will say it is not configured, but the truth is under the Explain tab i.e." By default, the Packet Scheduler limits the system to 20 percent of the bandwidth of a connection, but you can use this setting to override the default."

So the trick is to ENABLE reservable bandwidth, then set it to ZERO. This will allow the system to reserve nothing, rather than the default 20%.It works on Win 2000 as well.

Choosing the Right Amplifier for your Auto Sound System

Finding the best amplifier for your auto sound system can be a lot easier if you take the time ahead of time to learn what you need and what will work best with the sound system youve selected for your car, truck, or SUV. It helps to understand what an amplifier does in order to purchase the one that will best suit your needs. An amplifier takes a small sound, adds a little boost of its own, and then turns it into a big sound. The more power your amplifier has, the better quality of sound it will provide. An underpowered amplifier will have a thin, tinny sound that is rather unattractive in an auto sound system, or any other sound system for that matter.

You should also take care to remember that the power rating of an amplifier is the maximum power it is capable of expending not the amount that it will regularly use. The RMS rating of an amplifier is a good indication of its power output. One thing that is important to remember is that you should never buy an amplifier based on the maximum output or RMS rating. This number is more often than not incredibly misleading. If a driving, thumping bass beat is important to you then you should make sure that your amplifier has a bass boost button. This button will or switch will give a little bit of a boost to your bass. Its something I can pass on by many bass lovers cannot live without. Not all amplifiers have this so choose wisely and according to your preferences.

When it comes to amplifiers there are essentially four major classes (there are other classes but they are not all that common so I will not dwell on defining them) that represent the quality of sound you should expect from the system.

1) A. This class has a great output of quality sound but wastes huge amounts of energy in the process of creating that wonderful sound.

2) B. This class is slightly better than A as far as it wastes less energy and slightly worse as it produces a somewhat inferior quality of sound.

3) A/B. This resembles either A or B as far as sound and energy waste goes depending on the volume. Lower volumes will utilize the class A qualities of the amplifier while louder volumes are more in keeping with class B.

4) D. This class is primarily decent for producing a good bass sound and little else. The quality of sound and amount of energy wasted are both only moderate and neither are very impressive.

Of course this is the bare bones run through of the very basic amplifier basics. Another thing to note is that many people simply refer to amplifiers as amps rather than saying the entire word. Its slang but its so common that no one will blink if you do it. In fact you are far more likely to get funny looks for calling it an amplifier. Regardless of the small talk an amplifier isnt the end all be all of an auto sound system. It is only important if you feel it is important and many sound systems work splendidly without an extra amplifier to confuse the process and raise the price.

Whenever you decide to buy a new auto sound system for your car, truck, or SUV there is a moment of exhilaration and excitement as this is often a decision youve mulled over for quite a while rather than a spur of the moment decision. This exhilaration is promptly followed by a moment of complete and utter fear, as most of us have no clue what we really need. Hopefully, this has helped you decide whether or not you will need an amplifier and if you will, perhaps you can make a more educated and informed decision as to the type of amp you need.

How to Make Your LG Optimus L5 a Wi Fi Hotspot

Ever imagine how you can make your own LG Optimus L5 a WiFi hotspot? Well, sure you can. This feature allows for your other devices to pick up your mobile hotspot settings on your LG Optimus L5. This is more preferable when you’re in public trying to locate a WiFi connection.  I was not able to research about how many devices can connect, but usually it is 6-8 devices. Check out these steps for easy, convenient and a money-saver internet experience.

1. In the Application list, select Settings.

2. Then tap on More.

3. From the Wireless & Networks tab, tap Portable Wi-Fi hotspot.

4. Tap on Portable Wi-Fi hotspot.

5. Then turn on the Portable Wi-Fi hotspot.

You can also choose the options that you want to adjust. After turning on and choosing your options, on another device, locate your device’s name and connect to your mobile network.

When your phone is sharing its data connection, an icon appears in the status bar and as an ongoing notification in the notifications drawer.
